Junior : Service Department Administration

About the role

Bunbury Mazda is looking for a motivated and customer-focused person to join our Service Department in a junior administrative role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in administration and customer service within the automotive industry. No previous automotive experience is required, as full training will be provided. Working as part of our Service Department, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of the department and provide friendly and professional support to our customers, service advisors and technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting customers with service and repair enquiries in person, over the phone and via email

• Assisting with vehicle service bookings and scheduling

• Greeting customers and assisting with vehicle drop-off and collection

• Entering and maintaining customer and vehicle information

• Preparing and processing repair orders, invoices and other service documentation

• Assisting with warranty administration and processing

• Liaising with customers and workshop staff regarding vehicle repair and service progress

• Assisting with customer quotes and communicating basic service information

• Arranging loan vehicles and other customer requirements

• Following up customers and helping ensure a positive customer experience
