Job Title: Team Member – Melbourne Ponds and Gardens
Location: Melbourne, VIC (Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and Victoria)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking team member to join our growing team. This role involves physical outdoor work, including pond maintenance, landscaping, dam/waterway regeneratiopn and pond construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with pond maintenance, construction, landscaping and planting.

• Work on-site in various locations across Melbourne and Victoria.

• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.

• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients.

• Physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions.

• Construction industry white card (have or willing to acquire).

• A valid driver’s license. (essential)

• Previous industry experience in aquariums, water features or pond maintenance is highly regarded.

• Previous experience in landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not essential (training provided).

• Environmental Science Degree - highly regarded but not essential.

• Qualified landscaper - highly regarded but not essential.

• Availability Monday to Friday.

• Willingness to travel for work.
