Full-Time Head Vet Nurse – Vetcall Mudgeeraba

VetPartners Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Head Vet Nurse to lead our nursing team and help deliver exceptional patient care and client experiences.

As a valued member of the Vetcall Mudgeeraba team, you will play a key role in supporting our veterinarians, mentoring our nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are maintained across the practice.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a meaningful difference every day. You will be responsible for:

• Leading, supporting, and mentoring our veterinary nursing team
• Coordinating daily nursing operations and workflows
• Maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
• Supporting team development through coaching and training
• Assisting with surgical, medical, and general nursing duties
• Building strong relationships with clients and the wider veterinary team
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
• Have at least 3 years of employment experience
• Has strong clinical nursing experience and confidence in a leadership role
• Is passionate about patient care and team development
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a busy veterinary environment
• Is committed to delivering outstanding standards of care
