Previous experience supporting or leading a successful retail teamA results-focused mindset with the ability to drive sales performance and achieve KPIsA passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting client relationshipsThe ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team membersConfidence in coaching others, having constructive conversations, and working collaboratively across the businessAvailability to work 38 hours per week, including weekends and peak trading periods
