What You’ll Do

• Serve customers and provide helpful product recommendations
• Process sales and handle cash accurately
• Replenish stock and maintain strong store presentation
• Assist with deliveries, stock movement and back-of-house organisation
• Work independently while supporting the wider venue team
• Maintain responsible service standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, reliable and customer-focused approach
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• The physical ability to safely handle and move stock
• Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
• A current Queensland RSA and eligibility to work in a licensed bottle shop

Previous bottle shop, retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. Reliability, attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
