About the role
Join Take Two, a specialist trauma service of Berry Street Yooralla, and play a pivotal leadership role in shaping therapeutic practice, service excellence, workforce capability, and strategic growth across one of Victoria's leading child trauma programs.
Take Two is Victoria's only fully accredited statewide outreach therapeutic service supporting children and young people impacted by trauma, neglect and abuse. The program combines direct therapeutic intervention with research, consultation and workforce development to create lasting change for children, families and communities.
As the Assistant Director, you will provide operational and strategic leadership across a portfolio of therapeutic services supporting children, young people and families impacted by trauma, abuse, neglect and disrupted attachment. You will work closely with the Director, Assistant Director and Senior Clinical Managers to drive high-quality service delivery, clinical governance, continuous improvement, workforce development, stakeholder engagement and program innovation.
This role offers the opportunity to influence statewide therapeutic practice, champion evidence-based interventions, and contribute to the future growth and development of the Take Two service.
