About the role
PART TIME - 10 hours per week
Caloundra Christian College is a Pre-Kindy to Year 12 independent Christian school on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and collaborative Sports Administration Officer to provide vital operational and administrative support to our Primary and Secondary sporting programs. Working closely with the Sports Coordinators and Heads of Learning Communities, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of sports events, and weekly sport activities.
Note: This role is an onsite position for 8 hours (over 2 days) with 2 hours that can be worked from home. The role is predominantly term-time, with occasional additional hours required during peak periods or school holidays by agreement.

Essential Criteria & Experience
Faith & Ethos Alignment: An active personal Christian faith, active involvement in a local church, and full alignment with CalCC’s Statement of Faith, mission, and Christian educational ethos.
Administrative Excellence: High attention to detail, strong time management, and proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach to working alongside staff, parents, and students.
Personal Attributes: Self-directed, calm under pressure, reliable, and passionate about supporting positive student learning outcomes.
