TREES WA is a professional tree services company based in Perth, providing high-quality arboriculture services to residential, commercial and rural clients across the Perth metropolitan area. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader Arborist to lead a crew, deliver safe and efficient tree work, and support the continued growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead and supervise an arborist crew each day, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

·       Carry out tree pruning, removals, dismantling and general tree maintenance.

·       Perform climbing and rigging operations using safe, reliable work methods.

·       Operate chainsaws, woodchippers, stump grinders and other arboriculture equipment.

·       Follow and promote workplace health and safety requirements on every job.

·       Mentor, train and support junior team members and apprentices.

·       Represent TREES WA professionally by maintaining strong workmanship and customer service standards.

Essential Requirements

·       Certificate II in Arboriculture, or an equivalent qualification.

·       At least 3 years’ practical arboriculture experience, including experience leading or supervising a team.

·       Proven climbing and rigging experience.

·       Current White Card.

·       Current Australian driver’s licence; MR or HR licence is highly regarded.

·       Strong knowledge of safe work practices and the ability to promote safety within the crew.

·       Clear communication skills and a practical, supportive leadership style.
