Position Overview
As one of our Technical Service Advisors at mycar Airport West, you will play a crucial role in driving and connecting service delivery and technical requests. You will help support the workshop function from a technical perspective and build long lasting relationships with our customers by providing a high-quality, cost effective service leaving them with a unforgettable mycar experience.

Success Profile

• Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive
• Strong customer service with a focus to maintaining good relationships 
• Excellent mechanical & tyre knowledge across a range of vehicles and brands
• A sound understanding of the workflow management of an automotive workshop
• Valid Australian drivers licence
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven experience in a similar high paced role
• Ability to work effectively within a close-knit team environment
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite of programs
