If you’re a qualified landscaper with strong hands-on experience and want to work with a business that values your contribution and supports your growth, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team delivering quality landscaping projects across Melbourne and beyond.

From school playgrounds and community spaces to premium residential landscaping, you’ll work alongside an experienced team delivering projects from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role where quality workmanship matters, and where you’ll continue to build your skills while working on exciting and varied outdoor spaces.

You’ll be involved in:

• Hard and soft landscaping

• Reading and interpreting landscape plans

• Site preparation and construction

• Retaining walls

• Paving and concreting

• Decking and outdoor structures

• Turfing and planting

• Irrigation systems

• Playground installations

• Working collaboratively with the team to deliver projects safely and to a high standard

• Qualified landscaper (or equivalent industry experience)

• 3–4+ years’ landscaping construction experience

• Experience across hard and soft landscaping

• White Card & Driver’s Licence

• Excavator and Bobcat/Skid Steer tickets highly regarded

• Reliable, physically fit, and safety-focused

• Pride in delivering quality workmanship

• Positive attitude and strong team focus

• Motivation to continue developing and progress into leadership opportunities
