Business Development Manager

About the role

This is a Sales 101 hunter role focused on prospecting, calling, meeting, presenting, quoting, following up and closing. You will be expected to create your own opportunities and turn them into long-term Reali customers. You won't be sitting back waiting for leads.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and win new B2B customers

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

• Cold call, network and book your own meetings

• Meet with decision-makers across procurement, operations, safety and management

• Understand customer needs and present tailored workwear, uniform and PPE solutions

• Prepare quotes, proposals and presentations

• Follow up opportunities and drive them to close

• Meet agreed new-business sales targets

• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline reporting

• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

About you

• Proven B2B new-business sales experience

• Strong hunter mentality

• Track record of winning customers from scratch

• Confidence cold calling and meeting new prospects

• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills

• Commercial awareness and strong follow-up discipline

• Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for results

• Current Australian driver's licence

• Experience in workwear, uniforms, PPE, industrial supplies, mining, construction, transport, manufacturing or corporate supply will be highly regarded
