As a Sales & Operations Management Trainee, you’ll receive hands‑on coaching from senior leaders who began their own careers in this exact role. Our structured program is designed to progress you into an Assistant Rental Manager within 6–12 months, with opportunities to earn commissions and take on real operational responsibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

Starting with customer service, sales, administration and day‑to‑day operational tasks, you’ll quickly grow into broader responsibilities including branch operations, leadership and commercial decision‑making. You’ll be immersed in every part of the business — sales, operations and maintenance — gaining the skills needed to run a branch from the ground up.

About You

• Undergraduate degree preferred (business, management, administration, accounting or similar highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and a proactive “can‑do” attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer‑focused, with experience in customer service, sales or administration
• Eager to learn quickly, work hard and grow within the company
• Passionate about building a career in management and willing to put in the effort to get there
• Motivated, ambitious and ready to take on increasing responsibility
