Sales & Client Services Consultant - The Jet Co Pressure Cleaning Sydney

The Jet Co is NSW's highest reviewed pressure cleaning company, providing premium residential and commercial pressure cleaning services across the state. Our clients range from homeowners and strata managers through to builders, commercial property managers and large businesses.

We're looking for an experienced Sales & Client Services Consultant who genuinely enjoys helping customers. This isn't a cold-calling role or a high-pressure sales environment. Instead, you'll work with customers who have already made an enquiry, understand their needs, recommend the right solution, and confidently guide them through to booking.

• Handle inbound phone and email enquiries.

• Follow up website, Google and referral enquiries.

• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

• Prepare and send professional quotations.

• Proactively follow up outstanding quotes and close sales opportunities.

• Book jobs efficiently to maximise technician productivity.

• Create detailed and accurate job cards to ensure technicians arrive fully prepared.

• Manage customer communication from enquiry through to job completion.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, customer notes and follow-up schedules.

• Work closely with our operations team to ensure every job runs smoothly.

• Previous experience in both sales and customer service.

• Experience within the trades, construction, facilities management or service industry is highly regarded.

• A proven ability to build trust and convert enquiries into sales.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Confidence using CRM systems and computer software.

• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

• A proactive attitude with a desire to contribute to a growing business.

• $75,000 base salary

• Uncapped commission

• OTE of $85,000 - $90,000+

• Ongoing training and development.
