What skills & experience would be considered a requirement for this role?: 

• Deep understanding of disability adjustments, inclusion, behaviour support, trauma-informed practice and student wellbeing. 
• Able to navigate departmental policies and processes confidently. 
• Ensures supports are evidence-based and responsive to student needs. 
• Sees the potential in every child, regardless of their circumstances. 
• Maintains high expectations while understanding the impact of trauma, disability and disadvantage. 
• Advocates strongly for students while ensuring decisions are educationally sound and sustainable.
