We pride ourselves on professionalism, warmth, and building long-term relationships with our clients. As our Newport studio continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Administration Team Member to support the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
The Role
This is a flexible front-of-house administration role, approximately 10-15 hours per week currently available with room to grow. It is a casual position.
The candidate has:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, bookings, and documentation
A professional, friendly, and confident manner when interacting with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
Competency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, booking software, email platforms, and general computer systems
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to consistently commit to scheduled shifts
The ability to follow established systems and processes while remaining adaptable when required
A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support clinic operations
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping people
Desirable but not essential:
Experience working in an allied health, medical, or fitness environment
Familiarity with HICAPS and private health fund processing
Experience managing client follow-up communications and enquiries
A minimum of one year's administrative experience
Training and Support:
Comprehensive induction into all Evado policies, procedures, and systems
Structured 1-2 week onboarding and training program
Ongoing mentoring, support, and regular check-ins with the administration team
