Admin Assistant

Perth Solar Force is looking for a motivated Admin Assistant who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in a fast-paced admin environment.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, solving problems, and learning new skills. You’ll be part of a supportive team where no two days are the same — assisting with calls, coordinating schedules, supporting customers, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

This role is not suited to someone simply looking for a job to get by. Our environment is fast-paced, demanding and requires someone who is motivated, proactive, eager to grow and not scared when things get rough! We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to develop their skills, take ownership of their work, and build a long-term career in administration.

Perth Solar Force is one of Western Australia’s largest and fastest-growing solar companies, with a team of over 100 staff completing more than 3,500 solar installations each year.

Based in Wangara, our office, warehouse, and showroom are busy environments where teamwork and efficiency are key. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to our customers while supporting our team to develop and grow within the business.

In this role, you’ll support the admin team with a variety of tasks including:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with enquiries

• Managing and responding to emails in the admin inbox

• Assisting with scheduling solar installations for our teams

• Raising and sending customer invoices

• Assisting with customer enquiries and helping resolve issues

• Lodging applications with Plenti, Synergy and Western Power

• Providing support to other departments when required

• Assisting with general office duties

This role provides great exposure to different areas of the business and is a great opportunity for someone looking to build strong administrative and coordination skills.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is available full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm)

• Has strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone

• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once

• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Enjoys working in a busy team environment

• Has experience with Google Suite

• Experience with Xero and Simpro is desired but not essential
