The Role

We are looking for casual Registered Nurses, who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our 87-bed facility in Kempsey on a casual or permanent part time basis.

You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.

What You Will Do

The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring:

Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representativesDevelopment and evaluation of individualised resident care plansSupervise and support Personal Care WorkersClinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication managementLiaison with medical and allied health care staffProvision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality StandardsPositive resident experience through resident-first approach

What you will bring

Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essentialMinimum 2 years experience in providing clinical careStrong verbal and written communication skillsHold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care
