Job Description

As our Clinical Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice. You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to ensure everything runs smoothly while continuing to provide chairside support when needed.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Coordinating the day-to-day clinical workflowSupporting and mentoring the Dental Assistant teamAssisting with onboarding and training new team membersMaintaining clinical standards and infection control protocolsManaging stock levels and clinical suppliesProviding chairside dental assisting and clinical support as requiredAssisting with dental assisting duties to support the team during busy periods and leave coverageWorking collaboratively with the Practice Manager and clinicians to deliver an outstanding patient experience
