We’re currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Team Member to join our team.

Department: Production (Fruit & Vegetable)

Role Purpose:

Prepare, cut, and pack fresh fruit and vegetables for supermarket distribution, following food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, cut, and portion fruit and vegetables according to specifications

• Pack prepared produce into containers accurately and efficiently

• Check quality and freshness of produce before and after processing

• Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times

• Meet daily production targets and packing deadlines

• Report stock shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Ability to work standing for extended periods in a cold environment

• Attention to detail and consistency in cutting/portioning

• Basic understanding of food safety practices (training provided)

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Working Conditions:
Kitchen/production floor environment
