As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared to the highest standard while maintaining an efficient, organised, and positive workplace. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and thrive in a high-volume café environment. What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy café or restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a kitchen team during high-volume service.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast, brunch, lunch, and modern café cuisine.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Experience with stock control, ordering, food costing, rostering, and minimising waste.
• Thorough understanding of food safety, HACCP, and NSW Food Authority requirements.
• A positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
