12-hour rotating roster (4 on, 4 off - days & nights) with extended time off built inWork 156 days of the year on roster, get additional OT on your scheduled leave!Permanent Full Time position located in Smithfield with strong earning potential (~$110K annually)

Reporting to the Shift Foreman, you will be involved in operating, monitoring and maintaining large-scale machinery in a continuous manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop strong technical skills over time, supported by a structured training program.

What You Will Do

Operate and monitor the paper machine to meet safety, quality and production targetsTroubleshoot faults and support resolving equipment issues to minimise downtimeCarry out routine machine checks and assist with preventative maintenance activitiesMaintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and environmental complianceWork collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
