Our fasteners are all around you!

We have an opportunity for a keen and motivated Storeperson to join the warehouse team at our Virginia, Queensland location. Flexible/Casual hours are available with the potential to move to a full time position in the future.

Applicants with experience in the Fasteners or Engineering Supplies industries will receive favourable consideration. However if you are motivated by a challenge, a lack of fasteners experience should not discourage you from applying for this position as training will be provided on the job.

Duties:
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties:

• Picking and packing of orders

• Assisting in loading and unloading of stock

• Ensuring compliance of all Stores documentation

• General warehouse support to other team members

• Customer sales & service / trade counter sales

• Liaising with Austain Fasteners branches nationally regarding stock levels and movements

• General warehouse housekeeping

Who we're looking for:
It is essential that you have the following:

• Fluency in English language

• Excellent attention to detail

• Be able to multi-task, manage priorities and work to deadlines

• Display strong organisational skills

• Be physically fit

Basic computer skills are desirable, however this is not essential as training will be provided.
