The role
You'll guide warm, inbound customers from first call to signed deal - running phone consultations, designing tailored systems with our team, and closing with a consultative, no-pressure approach that earns trust (and referrals).

What you'll do:

• Run phone consultations; present tailored solutions

• Build trust with customers across the whole journey

• Prepare accurate proposals with our design team

• Accurately record customer interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM system

• Work closely with the ops and admin teams to ensure seamless handover after sale

What we're looking for:
Must have:

• A real track record in consultative sales

• Highly organised with strong time management across multiple leads and follow-ups

• Plain-language communication that builds rapport fast

Nice to have:

• Solar or renewables knowledge (we'll train the rest)

• CRM / pipeline experience
