About the Role

As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Managing the day-to-day operation of the bar

* Delivering exceptional customer service

* Leading, training and supervising bar staff

* Creating and maintaining beverage service standards

* Managing stock control, ordering and supplier relationships

* Monitoring beverage costs and minimising waste

* Preparing cocktails, wine and premium beverages

* Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant bar

* Ensuring responsible service of alcohol (RSA) compliance

* Working closely with restaurant management to maximise sales and guest satisfaction

About You

To be successful, you will have:

* At least 2 years’ experience in a Bar Manager or senior bar supervisory role

* Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, spirits and beer

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Experience with stock control and ordering

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Proficiency in Light speed and OpenTable systems

* Current Queensland RSA Certificate

* Full Australian work rights
