About Us
Pacific Industrial Company (PIC) is a highly regarded private company and recognised leader in Australia's steel fabrication and construction industry. With over 55 years of experience, we deliver high-quality steel design, fabrication and construction solutions across the construction, mining, oil and gas sectors.
We are seeking experienced Riggers with structural steel experience to join our Project Team in the Wheatbelt.
Project Details
Start Date: 24th August 2026
Location: WA Wheatbelt
Scope: Upgrade and expansion of an existing grain receival facility, including the installation of new grain silos and associated structural steel.
Roster: The first 4 weeks will be based at our Naval Base workshop on a 5:2 Monday to Friday roster, completing pre-assembly works. You will then mobilise to site and continue on a 5:2 Monday to Friday Drive-In/Drive-Out roster.
Project Duration: Work is expected to continue through to September 2027.
Accommodation: Provided while working on site (where applicable)
Remuneration: Competitive hourly rate + travel allowance + PIP bonus upon project completion
About You
Proven experience with structural steel erection
WA High Risk Work Licence – RI or RA
EWP Licence
Current Driver's Licence
Construction White Card
VOC training completed within the last 3 years (highly desirable)
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
