About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, highly organised Operations Coordinator to take ownership of our live projects from pre-project client meeting through to final sign-off. You'll be the steady hand keeping every project moving — coordinating subcontractors, managing invoicing, running client meetings, and keeping everyone informed — while our on-site team handles the physical delivery.

This is a part-time, fully remote role with flexibility on hours — ideal for an experienced coordinator who wants genuine responsibility and autonomy without being tied to a desk full-time.

What You'll Own

• Running pre-project client meetings and being their trusted point of contact throughout

• Coordinating subcontractor induction, licensing and compliance

• Managing project invoicing and financial admin

• Daily and weekly project reporting

• Seeing projects through to a smooth, professional closeout

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and verbal communication — you're confident and professional on client calls and in writing

• Proven project coordination or project administration experience

• Someone who takes ownership and follows through without needing to be chased

• A team player who works well with tradespeople, subcontractors and office staff alike

• Sharp attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch

• Construction, trades or building maintenance industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement
