The Opportunity & Key Responsibilities

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a full-time Client Services Advisor, AU & HK to join our Digital Client Services team, based at our Head Office in Rosebery. 

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, AU & HK, this role is responsible for delivering an exceptional and consistent ZIMMERMANN client experience across online, retail and wholesale channels. 

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury client service, thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, and enjoys building meaningful client relationships through thoughtful, solutions-focused communication. In this role, you will support client engagement, service excellence and revenue growth, ensuring clients receive a seamless and elevated ZIMMERMANN experience wherever they connect with us. 

As a Client Services Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional client service across available communication channels, supporting online, retail and wholesale clients. 
• Responding to client enquiries with professionalism, empathy, strong product knowledge and alignment to ZIMMERMANN’s brand values.
• Building strong client relationships, encouraging loyalty and contributing to the growth of a meaningful client database. 
• Using client communication platforms, including Zendesk and Inside, to support a seamless and efficient client experience. 
• Striving to deliver an omnichannel experience that reflects care, quality, efficiency and an above-and-beyond approach. 
• Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and sharing feedback or suggested improvements with senior management. 
• Contributing to personal sales and performance targets, including agreed sales, conversion and productivity measures. 
• Supporting projects that elevate the overall ZIMMERMANN client and team experience. 

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Previous client service experience, with confidence building rapport and delivering a high standard of service. 
• A clear, professional phone manner and excellent written communication skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. 
• A client-first mindset, with the ability to deliver solutions-focused support with care and efficiency. 
• Strong computer literacy, with experience using systems such as Microsoft Office, NewStore, Apparel21, Zendesk, Inside Chat or Magento viewed favourably. 
• Reliability, punctuality and a proactive approach to supporting team and business priorities. 
• Bilingual language skills would be advantageous. 
• A positive, adaptable and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work collaboratively across Digital, E-Commerce, Retail, Wholesale and Marketing CRM teams.
