We are growing across Melbourne’s North and are seeking confident, experienced support workers who can support participants with complex psychosocial and behavioural needs.
This is not basic support work. We are looking for staff who are calm under pressure, emotionally intelligent, and confident supporting people during challenging moments.

About the role
You will support participants in their homes and community settings, working from structured behaviour support and care plans.
Your support may include:
Personal care and daily living assistance
Medication assistance and health-related supports
Meal preparation and household support
Community access and skill development
Supporting participants during emotional or behavioural distress using positive behaviour strategies
Accurate progress and incident documentation
Building trust while maintaining professional boundaries
You may work independently on shift but will always have management support and clear guidance.

NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR
Driver’s licence and reliable insured vehicle
Infection Control training
Experience supporting complex participants
Full working rights in Australia
We are particularly seeking support workers with reliable SUVs, as some of our participants use wheelchairs and require suitable vehicles for community access and appointments.
Shift availability
We have weekday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available across Essendon and surrounding northern suburbs.
Reliable staff are prioritised for ongoing shift opportunities
Note: We encourage all applicants. However, some participants request female support workers for personal care and cultural reasons, so we particularly welcome applications from female candidates.
