About the Role

• immunisations, wound care, chronic disease management

• Minor procedures assistance, ECGs, spirometry, patient triage

• Health assessments, chronic disease care planning

• Recalls, reminders, stock management

About You:

• Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration

• Experience in GP practice nursing (essential)

• Confident with Best Practice software (or willing to learn)

• Friendly, adaptable, and highly organised
