We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Resort Receptionist / Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our team at Best Western Plus Canberra Central.

Central Apartment Group, with Head Office based in Brisbane, specialises in the management and operation of apartment hotels across Australia.
Our focus is on providing quality accommodation in superior locations, delivering a true home away from home experience where guests can relax, work and enjoy spacious, comfortable living.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival through to departure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a resort environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service

• Calm and professional under pressure

• Strong attention to detail in service and presentation

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude

• Previous hotel front office experience highly regarded

• Knowledge of RMS or similar PMS

• Strong communication and professional telephone manner

• Good computer skills (Word, Excel)

• Ability to work a flexible roster including evenings and weekends

• Well presented with strong organisational skills
