About the role
As an OSHC Assistant Manager you will assist the OSHC Manager in leading a dynamic team of Educators to deliver tailored and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diversity of the children in our care by fostering their interests and building on their strengths.
About Gowrie NSW Kelso
We are a not-for-profit OSHC service that places high value in creating a safe, play-based environment for children to thrive. We consider a friendly team dynamic to be integral to the impact of our learning programs and we are looking for someone who shares that philosophy and wants to support the OSHC Manager in leading a committed and engaged team.
Availability to work split shifts during the school term and straight shifts during vacation care.
During school term, please note the following hours for the role:
Monday to Friday- BSC 6:30am - 10am and ASC 2:30pm to 6:00pm

As part of the senior leadership role in the service, you will engage the passion of our Educators by providing them with guidance and coaching in exceeding practices. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to interact with school representatives, children and their families will be key to your success.
As Responsible Person you will support the OSHC Manager in compliance and be responsible for Quality Area 1 and exceeding practices.
