Industrial Mechanical Fitter Required

You’ll be joining a hardworking team who are committed to, and focused on, the continual growth and success of the business which services the Manufacturing industry.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter with high speed automated maintenance experience in the food or food packaging manufacturing industry.

To be successful in this position, it essential that you:

• Current Drivers Licence

• Relevant trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.

• Proven experience in industrial mechanical fitting and maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machining techniques.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Have a good understanding of GMP and HACCP Food safety

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• A solid understanding of workplace safety practices and regulations.

• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and participate in on-call rotations as required.

• Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., current disconnect/reconnect licence, working at heights) will be advantageous.
