The Role We're looking for a proactive Project Support Officer to join a Defence program team based in Amberley. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail of project and commercial coordination — keeping documentation, reporting and governance running smoothly while supporting project and product leadership day to day.You'll work closely with Commonwealth personnel, industry partners and project teams, helping keep projects on track, well governed and financially sound.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and prepare project documentation, governance artefacts and reporting productsSupport financial and commercial activities including contract administration, invoicing, budgeting and procurementTrack project performance, risks, financial status and governance obligationsBuild and maintain productive relationships with project teams, industry partners and support organisationsSupport the development of project plans, schedules, briefs and committee submissions

RequiredCurrent AGSVA NV1 security clearanceExperience in project, commercial or financial support roles, ideally within a Defence or government environmentStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to prioritise and adapt to changing work demandsAbility to work onsite at Amberley, with occasional travel to Brisbane CBD
