We’re on the lookout for a practical, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established, Perth home building company who build quality single-storey homes across Perth.

The Opportunity You’ll take charge of the maintenance side of the business — going out to sites, assessing issues, jumping in to fix things and coordinating trades where needed to get things sorted.
Your day-to-day will include: - Attending homes to assess and resolve maintenance issues
- Managing and responding to client requests with a solutions-focused approach - over the phone and in person
- Carrying out minor maintenance or touch-up work where required
- Coordinating trades where required to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Ensuring every homeowner has a smooth, positive post-handover experience
What We’re Looking ForThis role would suit someone from a carpentry, maintenance or handyman background who understands how homes are put together and takes pride in a job well done.
You’ll bring: - Solid experience in residential maintenance, construction or a related field
- A trade qualification (carpentry highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of residential building standards and site safety
- A practical, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with trades and homeowners alike
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule
- White Card and a full WA driver’s licence
- Full Australian Work Rights as visa sponsorship is not available
