Your Exciting New Role

As Store Manager you will play a pivotal role at SkinKandy, leading a dedicated team of Body Piercing Retail Assistants.
You will run store operations, drive sales targets, and uphold our high standards of Sanitation and Piercing Best Practices.
Supported by your inspirational Area Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for the operational success of your Store.
Your ability to lead and mentor your team, along with piercing skills, merchandising, and compliance skills - will see your application stand out!

Your Unique Experience

Previous experience in people leadership would be essential to succeed in this exciting role, along with:
- A genuine passion for the Body Piercing/Jewellery industry, along with the desire to begin or advance your piercing skills
- Leadership and coaching experience plus the ability to inspire
- An ability to role model professional conduct and supporting our values
- Experience in Body Piercing, Beauty, or Fashion Retail
- A love for creating phenomenal customer experiences
- A commitment to uphold processes, policies and compliance- Visual merchandise and stock management experience
- A co-operative and can-do attitude!
