Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our BDC team as a Contact Centre Agent at Wakeling Automotive. You will be working in a supportive team environment that is fast paced so strong organisation skills and the ability to multi-task is important.
Effective communication is vital to the team functions as the role involves being the first point of contact for the entire organisation. You will be coordinating service bookings, liaising with multiple departments and dealing with both internal and external customers on a regular basis.
A Contact Centre Agent is required to utilise electronic databases to perform most functions, including our Dealer Management System, web based programs and email communication. Intensive training will be provided to ensure a comprehensive introduction to this role.
The Successful Applicant Must have:
Excellent time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office programs
Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful working relationships
Excellent attention to detail
Great organising abilities
Reliable and take pride in your work
