What You Will Be Doing

As our Senior Software Engineer, you will provide senior technical leadership across Clevertronics' software ecosystem while contributing to the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions.

You will be:

• leading architectural design, technical decision-making and solution reviews across multiple software platforms 
• driving the delivery of scalable, secure and maintainable software solutions 
• working with internal teams and external development partners to deliver strategic initiatives 
• supporting complex troubleshooting, platform reliability and continuous improvement activities 
• promoting engineering best practices across software development, cybersecurity, documentation and release management 
• mentoring engineers and helping lift technical capability across the business

This Role Is Perfect for Someone Who...

Loves technology but understands that great engineering is about much more than writing code. You enjoy balancing hands-on technical expertise with leadership, mentoring and strategic thinking.

You will bring:

• extensive experience in senior software engineering, solution architecture or technical leadership roles across traditional technologies, windows application development (.Net, C#) and more modern technologies such as iOS, Android and cloud experience
• experience with technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Vue.js, C#, MSSQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB, or equivalent modern software stacks.
• the ability to balance hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking and leadership 
• experience influencing technical direction and delivering complex software solutions 
• strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams 
• a proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
