We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient solutions to Tier 1 contractors, local councils, and private clients across Victoria.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced NDD Operator to join our expanding team.

The Role

This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who is experienced, reliable, and committed to safety and quality workmanship.

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting Non-Destructive Digging (vac truck) operations

• Maintaining vehicles, plant, and equipment to a high standard

• Ensuring compliance with all OH&S and site-specific requirements

• Liaising professionally with clients and site supervisors

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience operating NDD / vacuum excavation trucks

• Construction Induction Card (White Card)

• Valid HR Driver’s License (preferred)

• Strong understanding of site safety and risk management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable but not essential:

• Confined Space Ticket

• Traffic Management Tickets

• Service locating experience

• RIICCM training or similar industry qualifications
