About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Contract Administrator / Prestart Consultant to join our experienced team at our beautiful riverfront office in Mount Pleasant.

This role is ideal for an experienced Prestart Consultant or Contract Administrator looking for their next challenge. We also welcome applications from motivated individuals currently working within the residential building industry who are ready to take the next step in their career. If you have a solid understanding of home construction, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you.

As a key member of our team, you will guide clients through one of the most exciting stages of their building journey, helping bring their dream home to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting prestart appointments with clients

• Guiding clients through selections, contract documentation, and variations

• Preparing addenda and contract-related documentation

• Managing variations and maintaining accurate records

• Providing regular communication and updates via phone and email

• Working closely with Sales Consultants, Managers, and internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience

• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the pre-construction process

About You

You will be someone who enjoys building strong relationships, is organised and detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience as a Contract Administrator, Prestart Consultant, Client Liaison Officer, or similar role within residential construction

• Or experience within the residential building industry and a genuine desire to progress your career into prestart and contract administration

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• The ability to interpret building plans, specifications, and contract documentation

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Sound computer and administration skills
