Warehouse/ Store person

Are you a detail-oriented, organised, and ready to take on a pivotal role in logistics? Our Logistics team in Perth is looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Logistics Officer.

As a Logistics Officer, you'll ensure the smooth movement of goods within our warehousing and distribution environment. You will be working autonomously within a team environment. From managing the inventories, to operating warehouse and dealing with administration tasks within the warehouse, your efforts will directly impact our operational efficiency.

Major Accountabilities:

Administrator duties

• Track incoming and outbound deliveries

• Check goods against delivery notes for accuracy

• Process goods receipt on internal systems like SAP

• Monitor movement of project goods

• Update tracking data for accurate information

• Maintain inventory control and security

• Perform general administrative duties

• Communicate and work with internal teams to fulfill order requirements.

Logistics / Warehouse duties

• Operate forklift for loading/unloading

• Pick, pack and consolidate items for outbound shipments

• Coordinate dispatch and collections with couriers

• Ensure a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment

• Manage warehouse maintenance needs

• Liaise with freight companies for booking deliveries, tracking and updates

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics environment

• Forklift licence is a must

• Highly organised with great administration skills

• Someone who can work autonomously in the warehouse and within a team environment

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Advanced time management skills

• Commitment to business ethics
