With a confirmed and extensive pipeline of works, 2026 marks an exciting phase of growth and opportunity for our business.

We are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join our high-performing team. Based in our Moffat Beach office, this role offers the unique balance of working on some of Southeast Queensland’s most significant infrastructure projects while being just minutes from the ocean.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantities, and pricing for water and sewer infrastructure projects

• Conduct site inspections and assess project-specific conditions

• Program and sequence works efficiently in consultation with delivery teams

• Interpret specifications, standards, and designs for cost implications

• Develop first-principles estimates and TOC/RAMP submissions

• Review subcontractor and supplier quotes with precision

• Support tender handovers and pre-contracts for successful bids

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil infrastructure estimating or project delivery

• Experience in water/wastewater (preferred but not mandatory)

• Proficiency with Expert Estimator software (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong capability with MS Office

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong commercial and financial acumen

• Current Driver’s Licence
