Customer Service & Service Coordination

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Melbourne-based team in a permanent, full-time position.

The role involves managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries, coordinating service requests and schedules, and working with internal teams and external service providers to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.

The position operates Monday to Friday between 5:00am and 7:00pm, with occasional weekend work as required. A hybrid working arrangement is available, combining work from home and our Melbourne office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email.

• Coordinate service requests, scheduling and follow-up activities.

• Liaise with internal teams and external providers to support customer requirements.

• Assist with service planning, quotations and project coordination.

• Prioritise and manage requests to deliver timely customer outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records and information across relevant systems.

About you

Ideally, you will have experience in customer service, coordination, scheduling or a similar fast-paced environment.

You will have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Good Microsoft Office skills.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with SAP, scheduling, dispatch or contact centres is advantageous but not essential.
