At The Bridge, we're creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability, and we're looking for an experienced, people-focused leader to help take our Supported Employment program to the next level.

As our Training & Support Team Leader, you'll lead a team of Training & Support Officers across our Dandenong warehouse operations, helping them deliver exceptional support, build capability, and create environments where Supported Employees can grow in confidence, develop workplace skills and succeed.

This is a role for someone who loves developing people, solving problems, building strong teams and being part of a fast-paced, purpose-driven workplace.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and support a team of Training & Support Officers
• Drive a culture that celebrates strengths, builds confidence and promotes inclusion
• Support Supported Employees to achieve their employment goals
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, quality and productivity outcomes
• Champion safe work practices and continuous improvement
• Manage incidents, wage assessments, audits and compliance activities
• Work closely with Coordinators and leaders to deliver outstanding outcomes

• Leadership experience within disability services, supported employment, community services, warehousing, manufacturing or a similar environment
• A strengths-based, neuroaffirming approach

• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
