We are seeking a physiotherapist who:

● Lives in or is willing to locate to a the beautiful NSW town of Coffs Harbour

● We would love to speak with a mid career Physiotherapist with 2-3 years experience

The role

● The hours required for this role are 40 hours a week for the right applicant

● You will have an opportunity to build your own caseload and assist in building a clinic team in a new clinic

● You will treat a mix of private musculoskeletal, Workcover, Support at Home and NDIS clients

● This position is suitable for mid career Physiotherapists

● This position will not suit therapists who do not feel confident building and sustaining a full caseload or learning how to do so

● Step into an existing caseload and start earning bonuses and kicking your financial goals!

● Your level of experience will determine your salary package

● Annual salary package will range from $100000 to $150000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements

● Your salary package includes a bonus/commission structure which allows you to take home an extra $1000 – $20,000 per year in performance based bonuses

● You will have access to internal formal and informal clinic mentoring as well as external funding for external PD courses

● Our clinical mentors are highly skilled private practice physiotherapists who mentor our team on a weekly basis
