Maintenance

Resthaven Leabrook Residential Services is currently looking for a Permanent Part-time Maintenance Officer to join the team. 

You’ll enjoy regular business hours and a positive work culture as you coordinate the maintenance requirements of Resthaven, whilst enjoying autonomy in your role.

The older people who call Resthaven home will appreciate getting to know you as you become part of the site community, undertaking your duties with a supportive team. 

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a Maintenance position, or similar (Preferably in an Aged Care Environment)
• Experience and knowledge in general repairs, and maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to maintain adequate standards relating to current maintenance practices
• Experience in prioritising multiple Maintenance requests
• Experience operating tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of fire systems, call bell systems, and test & tagging processes
• Available for a permanent part-time position (Working Wed one week, Thur and Fri each week)
