Housekeeping Room Attandance / Receptionist

About the role

Peninsular Gold Coast are currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Room Attendant / Receptionist to join our team in Surfers Paradise.

This is a dual-role position offering excellent career development opportunities within the hospitality and property management industry.

Role Overview

• 5 days per week primarily focused on housekeeping duties

• Cleaning guest rooms and apartments to a high standard

• Inspecting all cleaned rooms to ensure housekeeping standards are met before guest arrival

• Reporting maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly

When housekeeping duties are completed, the role will also include:

• Reception / Front Desk duties

• Assisting guests with check-in, enquiries, and day-to-day operations

• Handling emails, phone calls, and basic administration tasks

About You

• Previous housekeeping experience is essential

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards

• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer skills preferred

• Hospitality or reception experience is an advantage
