The Role

• Build Relationships: Become the trusted go-to expert for local tradies. Mateship equals repeat business.
• Learn & Earn: Master our product lines quickly to give expert advice, nail the upsell, and smash targets.
• Own the Floor: Keep the showroom looking sharp and breeze through checkout transactions (we’ll train you on the POS).

• The Background: You have a solid background in Sales, Retail, or a Trade.
• The Hustler: You are high-energy, fiercely competitive, and hungry to learn. You know your effort dictates your paycheck.
