About the role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our warehouse team in Arndell Park. This is a hands-on, all-round warehouse role where you'll play an important part in ensuring customer orders are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
You'll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to operational excellence while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service. The role supports the day-to-day operation of the warehouse across inbound, outbound and inventory activities.
Receiving, unloading and putting away incoming stock.
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Loading and unloading vehicles safely while minimising product damage.
Maintaining warehouse organisation, stock locations and storage areas.
Processing stock transfers, returns and inventory movements.
Assisting with cycle counts and stocktakes.
Completing warehouse documentation and system transactions accurately.
Reporting inventory discrepancies, equipment issues and safety concerns.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy and safety.
Supporting the broader warehouse team and assisting with other reasonable duties as required.
You are a dependable team player who enjoys physical work and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You have a strong focus on safety, accuracy and customer service and are willing to learn and develop new skills.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience.
Experience with picking, packing, receipting and dispatch activities.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer literacy and confidence working with warehouse systems.
The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
Current driver's licence desirable.
Physical capability to safely perform manual handling tasks within a warehouse environment.
