Experienced Fitter

About the role

You will join a high‑performing workshop environment working across mechanical fitting, assembly, repairs, and equipment installation. This role suits a fitter who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and delivering premium engineering outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Mechanical fitting, assembly, and precision repairs

• Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Fault‑finding and problem‑solving on mechanical systems

• Workshop and onsite work

• Supporting fabrication and machining teams where required

• Maintaining a clean, safe, organised work area

About you

• Trade qualification: Cert III Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent)

• Proven experience in an engineering workshop environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving ability

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Demonstrated safety focus and reliable work ethic

• Experience with pump and motor rebuilding (Highly Regarded)
