Service Coordinator

Alliance Climate Control is a residential HVAC and electrical business based in Alexandria. Twenty-plus service technicians on the road every day, and one seat in the office that makes sure every single one of them has what they need to get the job done: parts ordered, quotes chased, customers paid up, paperwork straight, and every job set up to succeed before their van leaves the warehouse.

That's the Service Coordinator seat. And we're looking for someone great to fill it.

You're probably this person if...

You're the one who actually likes a full to-do list. You'd rather do it right the first time than deal with it twice. You can be warm on the phone with a customer at 10am and firm with a supplier who's ghosted you at 10:15. When something needs to be chased — a payment, a part, a customer follow-up — you don't put it off, you pick up the phone.

You've done coordination or scheduling before — trades, service, ops, healthcare, anywhere with technicians, suppliers or moving parts. You like systems and checklists because you know they're what makes a busy day feel manageable instead of chaotic.

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing and ordering parts, and following up with suppliers on ETAs and backorders

• Confirming pre-payment on real estate and landlord jobs before technicians are dispatched

• Chasing outstanding invoices and confirming payments on return visits

• Making follow-up calls on quotes that haven't gone ahead

• Owning customer concerns and resolving them within the day

• Coordinating the day's technician run and keeping the work-in-progress board up to date

You'll be backed and supported by our dispatch team and the service manager — this seat isn't a solo mission, it's part of a department set up to run well.
